Dan loves working with people. He has always had the entrepreneurial spirit. He opened his first business which was an automotive repair shop and built it into a thriving business. In 2006, his desire not to be behind a sales computer led him into real estate. He ate, slept, and breathed getting his real estate license and achieved that in 2007. He hasn’t looked back since! Early on, he made his mark and continues to do so working with AB Homes. They are a local Suffolk, Virginia new home construction company. This gives him experience in home resales, new construction, and land sales. The hours may be long, but he loves helping people achieve their homeownership dreams.

When he’s not helping clients like you, you will find him playing his guitar, on the golf course, or camping with his family. His real passion is Corvettes and Harley Davidson Motorcycles. On a pretty day, you may find Dan and his wife Erica riding on the open country roads in rural Virginia. His love of driving led him to road racing through the National Auto Sport Association (NASA). He lives in Smithfield, Virginia with his wife Erica and their three kids.
